McGann & Associates’ experience includes 37 years and over 100 successful park planning and design projects in southern Arizona.
A focal point of McGann & Associates’ practice been the planning and design of parks throughout Tucson. Our work ranges from large-scale natural resource parks and preserves to neighborhood parks and playgrounds. We have completed projects of this type for Arizona State Parks, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, The Bureau of Land Management, several Arizona counties, and numerous local jurisdictions throughout Arizona. Park design is our passion, and we actively pursue opportunities to collaborate on the development and improvement of parks in our community.

McGann & Associates was granted a Common Ground Award for our work on the Town of Marana Parks and Recreation Master Plan 2020-2030. We feel honored to have received this award because it was based on our ability to bring various stakeholders together in pursuit of a common goal.

Scott Martinez becomes Director of Landscape Architecture at McGann & Associates
Scott has been actively involved in a diverse range of landscape architectural and planning projects for the past 17 years. As Director of Landscape Architecture, he will be responsible for business development, project management, and oversight of the design team for both public and private sector projects.
